Frequently asked questions

Simply send an email to us sgpixworks@gmail.com telling us which item you want to rent. Alternatively, you can email us the details of your event and our customer service officer will advise you on the recommended setup required to fulfill your event expectations.

We will reply to all email within 24 hours.
Once you receive our confirmation email, you will then proceed to make the payment.

Payment
Currently, we accept payment via bank transfer to our POSB/UOB account. Cheque payment is also available. Paypal payment is available too (subjected to 5% surcharge).

Delivery Method

We provide a customised delivery service to deliver to your preferred location and collect back once you are done at a very affordable price. Please contact our customer service for a quotation.

How long does it takes to process our orders?
While we try our best to deliver the printers for your event, it generally takes 7 days for us to get your order ready.

However we are able to take in urgent orders as well. Do kindly contact us as soon as possible to book and confirm your rental slot for the required printers.
